How To Create Your Very First Survey

Before You Begin

To create a survey on AKTI SURVEY, you need a registered account. If you don't have one yet, create a free account first.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log In to Your Account

Go to survey.aktiful.com/login and enter your email and password. Once logged in, you'll be taken to your dashboard.

Click "Create Survey"

From your dashboard or the sidebar menu, click the "Create Survey" button. This opens the survey editor where you'll build your survey.

Enter Survey Details

Fill in the basic information:

  • Title: Give your survey a clear, descriptive name
  • Description: Explain what the survey is about and why people should participate
  • Category: Select a category that best fits your survey topic

Add Your Questions

Click "Add Question" to start adding questions. For each question:

  • Type your question text
  • Choose a question type (multiple choice, text, rating, etc.)
  • Add answer options if applicable
  • Toggle "Required" if the question must be answered

Drag and drop questions to reorder them as needed.

Configure Survey Settings

In the sidebar, configure your survey settings:

  • Start Date: When the survey should become active
  • End Date: When the survey should close automatically
  • Access Policy: Public (anyone can access) or Invite Only
  • Allow Anonymous: Whether non-logged-in users can respond

Save Your Survey

Click the "Save" button to save your survey as a draft. Your survey is automatically saved periodically, but it's good practice to save manually before making major changes.

Preview Your Survey

Click "Preview" to see how your survey will look to respondents. Check that all questions display correctly and the flow makes sense.

Publish Your Survey

When you're ready, click the "Publish" button. This makes your survey live and starts collecting responses. If you set a future start date, the survey will be scheduled and activate automatically.

Share Your Survey

Once published, share your survey using:

  • The direct survey link
  • Short invite links for easy sharing
  • Social media sharing buttons
  • Email invitations to specific people

Monitor Responses

Go to "My Surveys" to see response statistics. Click on your survey to view individual responses, export data, or close the survey when you've collected enough responses.
