Sharing Survey with Public via Email or Phone - Feature Requests

Allow Survey creator, admin and enumerators to share a survey by clicking on Share on the survey screen that popups a window to enter recipient's email or phone in a single field and if email is entered an email is sent using a nice template that allows the email user click and take the survey. The survey link should be https://host/invite/ where <code> is a 6-char YouTube like ID for the invite. The invited user can take the survey once and if she takes again, it updates the same record. However, she can take/retake only for 5 minutes after the record is locked. Her Browser GPS is used as usual but if she does not permit browser GPS we fall back to the IP based GEO. If sharing is done by phone, the sms:// is used to send the link to the survey. Also optionally allow the sharer to send a message from the popup that goes to the email and or phone sms. If we can send to whatsapp, offer EMAIL | WHATSAPP | TEXT all three options.
